I got placed in Infosys a couple of months back and that was only possible due to the support and help that I received from the college.
I thank AMC department of hotel management and all it's faculty who helped us to identify our strength and weaknesses, groomed our skills and provided theoretical knowledge and practical exposure towards the industry.
Recently I got placed in Infosys, this was possible by the support of our college that provided us with all the essential training starting from aptitude to technical as well as non-technical training like GDs and Mock Interviews.
We had no idea of how the interview process will go on and how are we supposed to prepare for everything. Starting from aptitude to HR round the placement team guided us in everything.
I was trained fairly well on the quantitative aptitude and the technical during my third year. At Infosys I even got an opportunity to be there and intern for 2 months.
Our placement officers had arranged multiple training sessions for us to get trained on various aspects like logical reasoning, aptitude, verbal ability, communication skills, etc. Because of this reason, we are able to crack any interviews that we come across.
I was able to clear the exam in the first attempt because of the training given by our placement department.
The placement cell helped us with a seven day placement training course that was taken by external trainers, this helped me brush up my skills in mathematics, logical reasoning and english grammar.
I have never had an experience of an interview, but the placement team helped me with preparations and guided me in a proper manner.
My college has provided me with the best training and placement department.
The four-year BHM programme includes practical aspects like hotel visits, case studies and internships. I would like to thank the internship and placement cell as I was offered the hotel operational programme from Leela palace and Raddison city centre.
